📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, packaging, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with the brand’s vision and goals.
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and standards.
• Use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality graphics.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Assist in the development of brand guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across all design projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the cosmetic or fashion industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Creative and innovative thinking with the ability to develop fresh and engaging design concepts.
