As a Hindu Religious Teacher at Yayasan Hindu Dharma Bangka Belitung, you will be responsible for conducting religious ceremonies, teaching Hindu scriptures, and providing guidance to our members. You will work closely with other religious leaders and community members to ensure our teachings are accurately conveyed and our traditions are upheld. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting religious ceremonies, including weddings, funerals, and other sacred rituals.
• Teaching Hindu scriptures, philosophy, and cultural practices to students and community members.
• Providing spiritual guidance and counseling to individuals seeking advice on religious matters.
• Organizing and leading community events, such as festivals, retreats, and educational workshops.
• Collaborating with other religious leaders and community members to ensure the accurate transmission of Hindu teachings.
• Maintaining and updating records of religious activities and community engagement.
• Promoting Hindu values and traditions through public speaking, writing, and other outreach efforts.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of participants in religious activities and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies, Hindu Philosophy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching Hindu scriptures and religious practices.
• Strong knowledge of Hindu traditions, rituals, and cultural practices.
• Ability to conduct religious ceremonies with accuracy and respect.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to convey complex religious concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects.
• Familiarity with basic office software, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Commitment to serving the community and promoting Hindu values.
