📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the South Bali and surrounding regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including department stores, boutiques, and online marketplaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events, discounts, and new product launches.
• Participate in in-store events and activations to drive foot traffic and sales.
• Report on sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
