📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of the EPF system, including pre-treatment, powder coating, and post-treatment processes.
• Monitor and adjust the EPF system parameters to ensure consistent and high-quality coating.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the EPF system to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality checks on coated parts to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of raw materials and finished goods.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Document and record production data and maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Knowledge of EPF (Electrostatic Powder Coating) systems and processes.
• Familiarity with the use of relevant software and tools, such as SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.
