As an Assistant Supervisor, you will oversee a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring smooth operations and high standards in our Fruit & Vegetable Department.

Located in the heart of Canggu, Pusat Borong Matahari is a well-established company with a rich history of serving the local community and beyond. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will use our in-house inventory management system, FreshTrack, to monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking. You will also work closely with our suppliers to maintain consistent product quality and freshness.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the Fruit & Vegetable Department, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and morale.
• Monitor stock levels using FreshTrack, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing waste.
• Inspect incoming products for quality and freshness, working closely with suppliers to maintain high standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the department head.
• Participate in inventory audits and quality control measures.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail or wholesale industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, preferably FreshTrack.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg with ease.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., Sertifikasi Keamanan Pangan) is a plus.
