📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the safe and efficient operation of assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, including route planning, fuel management, and cargo handling.,Ensure the well-being and safety of the crew, providing leadership and support as needed.,Maintain and inspect vessel equipment and systems, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Monitor and report on vessel performance, including fuel consumption, speed, and route deviations.,Coordinate with port authorities, cargo handlers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide training and mentorship to junior crew members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited) or equivalent.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with cargo handling and port operations.,Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
