📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Assist in the development and execution of the store's seasonal promotions and events.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies is a plus.,Previous experience working in a hybrid or remote environment is a plus.
