🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of department-specific operations and processes.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and budgets.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.
