Lingkungan Bimo Geprek is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store operations with online management tasks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Manage online ordering and delivery services to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the restaurant's goals and objectives are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with online ordering and delivery platforms.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
