📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.,Identifying and recommending improvements to internal controls and risk management practices.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of internal audit activities.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using internal audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international standards (such as ISA) is a plus.
