📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line IT support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and VMware.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure using tools like ServiceNow and Zabbix.
• Manage and maintain IT assets, including computers, servers, and network devices.
• Ensure the security and reliability of our IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT tools and software, including Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, VMware, ServiceNow, Zabbix, and Windows Server.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
