📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
  • Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply).
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
