📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the section, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Leading and motivating a team of employees to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within the section.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Managing the section's budget and resources, ensuring optimal use and allocation.,Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on the section's performance.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise within the section.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a corporate environment.,Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures within the company.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Proven track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
