📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.,Develop and implement tax strategies and plans to minimize the company's tax liabilities and maximize tax savings.,Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws, regulations, and guidelines, and stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation.,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify areas of improvement and ensure accurate and timely tax filings.,Prepare and present tax reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to address tax-related issues and opportunities.,Stay informed about emerging tax trends, best practices, and industry developments, and apply this knowledge to our organization's tax strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax-related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team of tax professionals.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and procedures.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
