📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct workshops, seminars, and other training sessions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
