📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of food manufacturing and poultry facilities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control measures.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to achieve cost-effectiveness and high-quality output.
• Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, particularly in the food manufacturing or poultry industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar operational excellence programs is a plus.
