📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the tea processing facility, ensuring efficiency and quality control.,Manage and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular quality checks on tea leaves and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.,Train and supervise operational staff to ensure they understand and follow standard operating procedures.,Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and other operational activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the tea or beverage industry.,Strong understanding of tea processing techniques and quality control standards.,Proven ability to manage and supervise operational staff effectively.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
