CAST Berjaya is seeking a dedicated and experienced Purchasing Staff to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about procurement and wants to make a difference in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple vendors and suppliers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Conduct supplier evaluations and recommend new suppliers as required.,Manage procurement processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other procurement software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
