📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract potential candidates for various roles within the company.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain a strong candidate database and follow up with potential candidates.,Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive and professional image of the company.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
