As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure that the restaurant complies with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Represent the restaurant at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
