📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and maintain financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.,Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
