📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory levels.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.
