📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management team.,Plan and organize staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
