📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the procurement process for defence-related materials and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors in the defence sector.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure the best value for money for the company.,Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor the procurement team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new procurement opportunities.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on procurement activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in the defence sector.,Proven track record of successful procurement projects and negotiations.,Strong knowledge of defence procurement processes and industry standards.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
