📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and staff.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
