📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify potential candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
