📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions in the kitchen accounting system.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the financial performance of the culinary division.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to understand the financial implications of their operations and provide support in budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Provide training and support to kitchen staff on basic accounting principles and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the food service industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
