📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, and handling transactions.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Ensure accurate and efficient checkout processes using POS systems like SAP.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Stock shelves, organize products, and ensure displays are appealing and informative.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Promote sales and special offers to customers.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of health and beauty products is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems like SAP is a plus.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
