📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Reviewing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Preparing detailed audit reports and recommendations to improve financial processes and controls.
• Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and documentation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Providing support in accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and bank reconciliations.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and other reporting requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
