As a Legal Visa Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of visa and residency permit applications, from tourist visas to work permits and permanent residency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist foreign nationals with visa and residency permit applications, including tourist visas, work permits, and permanent residency.
• Gather and verify necessary documents required for visa applications.
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the application process.
• Ensure all legal requirements and regulations are met for visa applications.
• Maintain accurate records of client information and application statuses.
• Stay updated with changes in Indonesian immigration laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive immigration services.
• Assist in training and supporting junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian immigration laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with immigration software and tools such as VisaPro or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
