📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the performance of outsourced workforce across all Indonesia Ferry Properti properties in Bali.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain high service standards.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to outsourced staff.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new outsourced hires.
Monitor and report on workforce metrics and KPIs.
Resolve conflicts and issues between outsourced staff and management.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR outsourcing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR outsourcing, preferably in the hospitality or property management sector.
Proven experience in managing outsourced workforce in a multi-location environment.
Familiarity with HR software tools such as SAP and BambooHR.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
