In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) process, ensuring that every vehicle meets our high standards before it reaches our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage the PDI process from start to finish, ensuring all vehicles meet quality standards.
• Administer and maintain PDI documentation, including inspection reports and vehicle records.
• Supervise vehicle preparation activities, including cleaning, detailing, and minor repairs.
• Schedule and assign tasks to the PDI team, ensuring timely completion of all activities.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to identify and address any issues.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth handover process.
• Maintain accurate records of all PDI activities and customer feedback.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the PDI process and overall vehicle quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PDI coordination or a similar role in the automotive industry.
• Proficient in using PDI software and tools such as PDI Tracker, AutoCheck, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of automotive standards and regulations, including ISO and OEM specifications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair procedures is a plus.
